Bio:
Abelino Fernandez-Leger is studying statistical models of wildfire burn severity while pursuing a Master’s in Hydrology at New Mexico Tech. He holds a bachelors in Economics and Philosophy and has spent many summers as a whitewater raft guide in New Mexico, Colorado, and Utah. He enjoys skiing during the winters and rock climbing.
