Bio:

Jamie Woolet is a PhD candidate at Colorado State University studying Forest Sciences. Her research investigates biotic interactions that influence tree seedling establishment post-fire, particularly in pinyon-juniper ecosystems. She has her MS in Forest Sciences from Colorado State University and BS in Biology from Purdue University. When she isn’t thinking about trees, Jamie enjoys reading fantasy novels, walking at night, and spending time outside with her partner and son.
