Dr. Camille Stevens-Rumann is an Assistant Professor in Forest and Rangeland Stewardship and the Assistant Director of Ecological Research and Monitoring at the Colorado Forest Restoration Institute. Her research is focused on disturbance ecology across many ecosystems and differing disturbances including bark beetle outbreaks, wildfires, flooding, and landslides. Ultimately her research goals center on more effective, ecologically based, and inclusive land management. Her PhD is from the University of Idaho in Natural Resources, her MS is from Northern Arizona University in Forestry, and her undergraduate is from Brandeis University with a double major in Biology and Environmental Studies and Sustainable Development.
