Bio:
Kaitlin Fahlgren is a research technician specializing in soil biogeochemistry and agricultural systems. Her work focuses on understanding how management practices influence soil health, nutrient dynamics, and ecosystem function, with an emphasis on supporting sustainable and regenerative agricultural approaches. She has contributed to field and laboratory research examining soil amendments, crop performance, and environmental stress responses within diverse cropping systems.
Kaitlin is currently a Research Technician at the University of Arizona’s Maricopa Agricultural Center, where she supports interdisciplinary research integrating soil science, crop production, and environmental monitoring. She plans to pursue a PhD in Entomology and Insect Science, with broader research interests in insect-microbe interactions and vector ecology.
