Bio:

For over thirty years, Torran Anderson has worked in education, focusing on environmental education and community engagement. Torran has developed environmental education programs for the Environmental Education Exchange, created social justice programs as the Director of the Legacy of Japanese Incarceration Project, and published over 50 children’s books as a freelance author. Currently, Torran is the Community Outreach Manager for the Indigenous Resilience Center (IRes), whose mission is “Centering Indigenous Ways of Knowing into co-designed environmental community solutions.” To learn about IRes updates, opportunities, and events, please join their mailing list newsletter.
